Merchandise condition

The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging including: if possible, Blank Warranty Cards, User’s Manual, UPC code as well as any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the returned product is incomplete or damaged, the credit may be subject to a restocking fee following the verification of the merchandise.


In order to allow Zoom Distribution to process your return, the returned item must be accompanied by the Customer’s original invoice.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

No parcel will be accepted without a RMA number. To obtain an authorization number, contact our Client Service Department at 450-225-2752 or toll free at 1-866-586-2751.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the merchandise is shipped back to us in case of a shipping error. Customer is responsible for any shipping loss or damage during the return transport of the merchandise. We recommend using an insured shipping service.
